cncCUT  Feature description

cncCUT was developed to meet the demand for comprehensive functionality and ease of use at the same time. All cutting technologies are supported, such as waterjet, flame, plasma and laser cutting, without the need to install additional software.

How does the principle of cncCUT work?

You can load DXF drawings into the software easily and without prior knowledge or create drawings with our integrated CAD system IBECad. The drawings automatically receive technology data from cncCUT. The software suggests the shortest traverse path, which can be reworked at any time. The change from drawing to CAM module takes place smoothly and without annoying switching between different applications. Just a few mouse clicks and you get a complete nesting plan. With just one more click you already have the finished NC program!

Geometry import from cncCUT

Import of different geometry formats (e.g. DXF or DIN files) possible. Processing of defective geometries with the DXF Analyser. Saves time by saving frequently used drawings in a direct list. Use of macros to create different workpieces. Storage of different macro formats in tables facilitates reuse.

Fix geometry errors in cncCUT

Nesting in different variants

We offer three types of boxes. The simplest variant is grid nesting and as the name suggests, all parts are nested in a rectangular grid on the board. This nesting method is the simplest imaginable. With grid nesting, however, only one type of workpiece can be nested at a time. The same applies to parquet nesting. This nesting method is offered exclusively by us. The individual parts are nested so tightly and well that a considerably higher board utilization is achieved. The degree of utilisation in percent can be read off in the parquet and contour boxes. Another variant is contour nesting, in which parts of different types can be nested. Contour nesting is therefore often referred to as multi-part nesting. All nesting types have one thing in common, they can be operated quickly and easily. Fully automatic nesting on boards. Display of the number of workpieces a plate can hold. Input of the desired number of workpieces with immediate nesting. Various options for combining cutting directions and sorting. Multiple torch option. Storage of all programs in the job list.
